HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order will be delivered in 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at hello@pupaestudio.com

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@pupae.studio. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER?

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.

DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?

Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders, also international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

To return a product please feel free to reach us at support@pupae.studio.You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund in amount in your source account if it’s a pre-paid order and in Bank if COD order.In case of  Exchange the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

In that case, please place a return for the product from the below link. Once the return request is placed we will pick the product and refund the whole amount without any additional cost. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect on our return center.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT ?

Once the product is picked from your premises the exchange order will be dispatched and you will receive it within 7-10 working days.

DOES PUPAE STUDIO HAS A MONEY REFUND POLICY?

All the refunds are issued in your bank account.
